I was born in Eisenerz, a beautiful town in the mountains, in 1969.  My father was a miner and passed on his love for minerals to me.  I began to search for and cut minerals at an early age.  Over the years, I have come to know the Erzberg like my own back yard.

But my hunt for rare minerals has not been limited to the Erzberg.

I collected fossilized snails in Hieflau, searched for fluorite in Unterlaussa, and climbed the Sonnblick for the first time when I was 15.

A year later I spent a week on the island of Elba looking for rare minerals.

Since 1997 I have been travelling to Graubünden, Switzerland regularly to collect minerals.

I was only 21 years old when my father died, and since then had to make my way without him. I learned a lot from him, and the knowledge helped me to make remarkable finds.

The most beautiful mineral finds have become part of my collection. I am proud to say that I have never sold or swapped any of them.

Today, I own a uniquely exquisite collection of Erzberg minerals.

And still I search for new stones.

The time has come to part with some excellent minerals.

I offer minerals in all sizes and at price ranges. They have been collected on the Erzberg, Austria, and all over the world.

If you are looking for a specific mineral, contact me. It may well be that I have it in my collection.

 Glück auf!
